Terroristic Threats/ Simple Assault by Physical Menace 11/11/2013 SIL2013-11-00382 On November 11, 2013 at 1152 hours Silver Spring Township Police learned from the Pennsylvania State Police of a crime that was alleged to have occurred in Silver Spring Township. The victim was subsequently interviewed by Silver Spring Township Police and it was determined that a crime was to have occurred around 0735 hours this morning on Wertzville Road. The victim reported that he was traveling into work on Interstate 81 and detoured off onto Conodoquinet Parkway to get gas. The victim said that after getting gas he decided to travel on back roads into work, instead of getting back on Interstate 81. The victim reported that he was traveling west on Wertzville Road when a black male walked out in front of his vehicle. The victim said that he stopped his vehicle, and that the male approached his vehicle from the drivers side saying that he needed a ride. The male entered the rear drivers side of the vehicle and put a gun to the victims head. The male had the victim drive to Perry County and through back roads for some time before exiting the vehicle. The male told the victim what his home address was, made a threat, and walked away. The male subject was described as wearing a black hoodie, black gloves, black baggy sweat pants with a tattoo on his right cheek made of skulls which looked like a cross.
